Operational governance, intellectual property assignment, and enterprise SLA terms.

1. Master Services Agreement

All custom software engineering, cloud architecture, and IT consulting services rendered by VNVISION are governed by signed Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

Upon project completion and milestone fulfillment, 100% of custom source code, design artifacts, and deployment manifests are transferred exclusively to the client.
